MentoraMedic isn't a traditional job board. We facilitate a structured, supervised pipeline designed to integrate qualified global medical professionals directly into the Dutch healthcare ecosystem.

STEP 01

Vacancy Registration & MoU Signoff

Partner organizations register and sign our Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). You define the role structure (e.g. dental assistant, clinical helper) allowing the candidate to maintain practice-related contact.

AI-Driven & Curated Matching

Our matching pipeline matches candidate language capability, spatial requirements, and medical specialty to your registered role, presenting verified profiles with structured evaluation portfolios.

STEP 03

MoU Sponsorship Placement

The candidate begins work under supervision. The employer sponsors language training from B2 to C1 (Medical Dutch) and provides a supportive environment for municipal integration.

STEP 04

BIG Registration & License Completion

The candidate completes the CIBG clinical hours and passes the BI-toets. Upon receiving the official BIG registration, the candidate transitions into a permanent, independent specialist role.

STEP 05

No Cure, No Pay Fee Settlement

A 17.5% placement fee is invoiced based on the gross annual salary of the permanent contract, covered by our guarantee period. If the placement fails early, a partial refund or credit is issued.
