Route audit
A written assessment of your recognition route, the documents it needs and how long it takes.
- Written assessment of the recognition ground that applies to you
- Personal document checklist with issuing bodies and lead times
- A route map by month
- A 60-minute call to go through it
Your right to withdraw
You have 14 days to withdraw from this contract without giving a reason. The period starts on the day the contract is concluded. To withdraw, write to [email protected] β a plain statement is enough, and we refund within 14 days using the same payment method.
Most people would rather we start straight away than wait two weeks. You can ask us to, and you still keep your right to withdraw: if you do withdraw once we have started, you pay only for the part already delivered. That right ends once the service has been fully performed β that is, once you have had both the written assessment and the call.
Refund if there is no route
Separately from the withdrawal right above, we refund the fee in full if the assessment concludes that no recognition route is available to you. That means one of the following, and nothing looser:
- None of the recognition grounds under Directive 2005/36/EC applies to you, and no national route to BIG registration is open to you either.
- Your qualification is not one the Netherlands regulates as a healthcare profession, so there is nothing to register.
- Your diploma or its issuing institution cannot be verified by the competent authority of the country that issued it.
- You have no right to work in the Netherlands and no ground on which one could be obtained within a foreseeable period.
If we conclude that no route is available and you disagree, write to us within 30 days and we will review the case again with a second assessor, at no cost to you.
Complaints
Write to [email protected] and we reply within 14 days. We are not currently affiliated with a consumer dispute-resolution body; that does not affect your right to take a dispute to a court.
